1 Can (10 oz), drained
2 , chopped finely
1 , beaten
20 , crumbled
Lemon juice/Fresh lemon juice
1. In a bowl, place the drained salmon and crumble it. Add green onions, beaten egg, essence and cayenne pepper and mix it well.
2. Add crackers and mix well with a spatula. Add lemon juice and parsley and stir it to mix.
3. Make round patties of the mixture. Refrigerate the patties for about 40 minutes.
4. In a pan, heat butter and olive oil. Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side.
