|Onion soup mix||1 7⁄20 Ounce (1 Envelope, 38 Grams)|
|Water||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Boneless beef chuck||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch / 2.5 centimeters pieces (681 Grams)|
|Sauerkraut||250 Milliliter, drained (1 Cup)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Chili sauce||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Brown sugar||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
Combine onion soup mix, 1/4 cup (50 ml) water, and egg in large bowl.
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind beef into the bowl; mix thoroughly.
Shape into 6 patties.
Put sauerkraut, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and remaining water into small saucepan; mix well.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Split and toast onion rolls.
Broil or grill meat patties to degree of doneness desired.
Put patties on buns and top with sauerkraut mixture..
