Veggie Burger

I usually like using the frozen masala burgers from Trader Joe's, but when I ran out of them, I thought I'd make them from scratch. They were really simple to make, and tasted fabulous, I think I'll stop buying the frozen kind now, coz Trader Joe's ain't got nothing on me!
Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Large, boiled and mashed
  Veggies 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), boiled and roughly mashed (Mixed Bag Of Frozen Vegetables As Carrots, Peas And Corn)
  Finely chopped cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Handful)
  Green chilies 2 , finely chopped with seeds (Skinny)
  Dhaniya powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cole slaw mix 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 Small Cup, May Use A Bag Of Shredded Purple Cabbage And Carrots, / Grated Veggies)
  Buttermilk 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sharp cheddar cheese slices 4
  Tomato slices 4
Directions

For the burger patties:
In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, mashed veggies, cilantro, green chillies, dhania powder, red chili powder and salt and form little round patties out of the mixture.
Heat a flat pan and add a teaspoon of oil to it.
When the oil heats up, add the patties and fry them on each side until they develop a beautiful warm brown hue.
Set the patties aside.
Mix the cole slaw mix with the buttermilk, mayo and horse radish cream seasoning it with a little salt if needed
Assembling the burger:
Slice the kaiser roll using a serrated knife.
Spoon a little slaw on the bottom of the roll and place the patty on it.
Top the patty with a slice of cheese and a tomato and close the burger with the top of the kaiser roll.

Dig in to the burger, and mop it up with lots of ketchup. This was the one of the tastiest treats I had eaten in a long long time! Beware, the burger can prove to be messy to eat.
