1. In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients and 1 tablespoon butter. Shape into two 3 1/2-inch patties.
2. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter; add patties and cook until golden, turning once, about 10 minutes.
