Party Beef Burgers
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted corn cereal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), crushed (Bite Size)|
|Poultry seasoning||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef chuck||1 Pound|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
Mix egg with 1/4 cup milk, cereal and seasonings.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into 2 dozen small hamburgers and brown in a small amount of fat in a skillet, turning to brown all sides.
Pour off excess fat.
Mix soup with 1/2 soup-can milk and pour over hamburgers.
Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.
