|Sunflower seeds||1 Tablespoon, ground|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Canned red salmon||7 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)|
|Lemon wedges||3 (For Garnishing)|
|Parsley sprigs||3 (For Garnishing)|
Combine the carrots, onions, sunflower seeds, and egg in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Remove any skin from the salmon, crush the bones, and add along with the salmon meat, thyme, tarragon, and parsley to the mixture in the bowl.
Stir until combined.
Form into patties.
Cook on a lightly oiled skillet, turning once, or broil until lightly browned and cooked throughout, 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
