Zucchini Patties

Ingredients
  Regular wheat germ 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Kretschmer)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Dash
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded (About 2 Medium Units)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
Directions

Combine wheat germ, flour, cheese, baking powder, oregano and salt in a bowl.
Stir well to blend.
Add zucchini and eggs.
Stir just to blend.
Preheat griddle to 350°F (175°C).
It is ready when drops of water skitter on the surface.
Grease hot griddle for the first patties.
Drop batter by spoonfuls onto griddle, spreading to flatten slightly.
Bake until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn and bake other side about 3 to 4 minutes.
Continue making patties.
