Filled Beef Patties
|Hard cooked egg||1|
|White bread slice||1|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced dill/1/8 teaspoon dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 Large, sliced|
1. Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
2. Meanwhile, dice egg; place in small bowl. Into bowl, tear bread in small pieces; add sour cream, paprika, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
3. In medium-sized bowl, mix ground beef, chili sauce, Worcestershire, dill, and 1/2 tea spoon salt; shape meat mixture into 4 balls. With spoon, make indentation in center of each ball; spoon one-fourth of egg mixture into indentation; shape meat over rilling. Flatten each filled ball into a 3-inch round patty.
4. In 10-inch metal-handled skillet on grill over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onions until golden, stirring often. Mean while, place patties on grill; cook, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes for medium or until of desired doneness.
