Rice Patties

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), cooked
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter 5 Teaspoon, melted
Directions

–  Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Pour milk over dry ingredients and stir to moisten flour. Add other ingredients and stir gently.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and spoon batter in small patties. Fry on both sides until golden and serve.
