Oriental Pepper Burgers
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut in to chunks|
|Tomato sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Soy sauce||4 Teaspoon|
Combine beef, salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties and arrange in 8-inch square dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 4 to 5 minutes; drain.
Top patties with onion and green pepper.
Combine tomato sauce, ginger and soy sauce; pour over top.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at MEDIUM-HIGH 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes
