Oriental Pepper Burgers is a tasty and mouthwatering dish. You can serve this beef preparation for an informal party at home or even at a community luncheon. This Oriental Pepper Burgers recipe is simply fantastic and you will definitely love it!
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut in to chunks
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon

Combine beef, salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties and arrange in 8-inch square dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 4 to 5 minutes; drain.
Top patties with onion and green pepper.
Combine tomato sauce, ginger and soy sauce; pour over top.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at MEDIUM-HIGH 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes
