Shrimp In Patty Shells
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Cooked peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen puff pastry patty shells||6 , baked|
1. Put butter, onion and garlic into a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High, or until onion is tender; stir after 1 minute.
2. Add condensed soup, milk, cooked shrimp and peas; mix. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes at High, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.
