Ingredients
  Beef chuck 1 Pound, ground
  Potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix beef, potatoes, onion and form into patties.
Brown slowly in margarine until desired doneness.
