Homemade Steakhouse Burgers

Steakhouse burgers is going to be different from the regular You can make it videos. There is going to be lot of arranging and assembling.
Ingredients
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1
  Bacon strips 6
  Meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Bread slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Thinly slice the onions. Then slice garlic.
Heat a pan, add oil. Add onion.
add wine vinegar, sugar, thyme, salt and pepper.
Stir occasionally.
The onions are ready. Set them aside.
Fry bacon until done. Set it aside.
Mix milk and bread slices to make a mushy paste.
Add beef into the bread mixture.
Add minced garlic, bacon fat and other ingredients.
Mix everything and make four patties out of it.
Grill the patties until brown from both the sides.
Place bacon strip on bun, then pattie, swiss cheese, sauce, onion and place the other bun.
Serve the steakhouse burger.
