Giant Burger For Eight

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  French bread round loaf 1
  Peda bread 1
  Lean ground beef 3 Pound
  Seasoned salt 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped green onion with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato based chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce/Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Red onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Shredded lettuce 1
  Tomatoes 2 Large, thinly sliced
  Avocado 1 Large, thinly sliced
Directions

Blend together butter, mustard, and chili powder.
Split bread horizontally.
Spread the two pieces of bread with butter mixture.
Combine meat with seasoned salt, green onion, chili sauce, and soy.
Shape into one large patty, slightly bigger than the bread.
Place patty on lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of glowing coals.
Cook, turning once for 5 to 6 minutes per side for rare or when done to your liking when slashed.
When you turn patty, place bread, cut-side-down, on outside of grill to toast.
To assemble, place meat patty on bottom half of toasted bread, top with onion slices, shredded lettuce, tomato and avocado slices, and top of bread.
Cut in pie-shaped wedges
