Ingredients
  Ground lamb 2 Pound
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine ground lamb, wheat germ, eggs, mustard and thyme.
Mix thoroughly.
Form into patties about three inches in diameter.
Broil for 8 minutes on first side; turn and broil 5 minutes.
Salt and pepper lightly before serving.
