Salmon burgers

These Salmon burgers taste incredible ! Try these out for a snack with savory sauces poured over and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 5⁄6 Cup (13.33 tbs), divided (1/3 Plus 1/2 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Drain salmon, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; set aside.
2. In a 2-cup glass measure, cook onion in oil 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine onion, 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs, reserved salmon liquid, eggs, mustard, salt, and salmon; mix well. Shape into 6 patties.
3. Roll patties in 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Place on roasting rack in a 2-quart baking dish. Cook patties 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn half way through cooking time. Rest 5 minutes
