Crunchy Onion Burgers
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|French fried onions||3 1⁄2 Ounce, crumbled (1 Can)|
|Hamburger buns/English muffins||6 , split and buttered|
Mix together beef, salt, pepper, catsup, and onions.
Shape into 6 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
Place patties on lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of glowing coals.
Cook, turning once, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for rare.
When you turn patties, place buns, cut-side-down, around outside of grill to toast
