  Canned refried beans 1 Pound
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Ripe avocado 1 Large, pitted, peeled, sliced, and tossed with 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Diced green chiles 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn tortillas 6
  Prepared taco sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared

Place beans in a pan and heat through; keep warm.
Place tomatoes and avocado in separate dishes.
In a bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire, chiles, and cumin mix well, then shape into 6 rectangular patties, each about 3/8 inch thick.
Place patties on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals.
Cook, turning once, until browned and done to your liking; cut to test (4 to 6 minutes for medium-rare).
