|Ripe avocado||1 Large, pitted, peeled, sliced, and tossed with 2 teaspoons lemon juice|

|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Diced green chiles||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Prepared taco sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared|
Place beans in a pan and heat through; keep warm.
Place tomatoes and avocado in separate dishes.
In a bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire, chiles, and cumin mix well, then shape into 6 rectangular patties, each about 3/8 inch thick.
Place patties on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals.
Cook, turning once, until browned and done to your liking; cut to test (4 to 6 minutes for medium-rare).
