Lamb Patties

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 8 Ounce
  Mango chutney 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the lamb, onions and wheat germ well together in a large bowl.
Add the egg, raisins and rest of ingredients.
Divide the mixture into four parts and with your hands, shape each into a thin pattie.
Fry or barbecue or broil them-6 mins. each side.
