Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Chopped ham/Cooked meat 4 Ounce
  Buttered toast slices 4 Large
  Onion 1 Small
  Margarine 2 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Seasoning To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Roll out the pastry and cut into 8 rounds.
Chop the bacon and mix with all the other ingredients.
Put the mixture in the centre of 4 of the rounds.
Damp the edges of the pastry and put the other 4 rounds on top.
Seal the edges firmly and brush over the top with milk or a little egg.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes in the centre of a hot oven (450 °F.-Gas Mark 7), reducing the heat to moderate after the first 15 minutes.
Lift off the baking tin to cool.
To keep the pastry crisp remember to make a small air hole with the point of a knife before baking.
You can decorate the patties with leaves and a small tassel or rose of pastry.
