Beef Burger On Baps
|Beefsteak||1 Pound, 1, finley minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, thin slices|
|Breadcrumbs||2 Tablespoon (Leveled), browned|
|Tomatoes||2 , sliced|
Blend the minced meat, salt, pepper and mustard and shape into 10-12 flat cakes.
Place in grill pan, without the grid, and grill at medium heat for 5 minutes each side, or less if preferred rare.
Halve, toast and butter the bap rolls; top each with a beefburger and top these with a wafer slice of onion, slice of tomato and a sprinkle of crumbs.
Dot the top of each with butter and slip under the hot grill for about 3 minutes.
