Beef Burger On Baps

Beef burger On Baps has a great taste. The beef steaks with mustard give the Beef burgers On Baps a grand taste.
Ingredients
  Beefsteak 1 Pound, 1, finley minced
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, thin slices
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon (Leveled), browned
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Bap rolls 6
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend the minced meat, salt, pepper and mustard and shape into 10-12 flat cakes.
Place in grill pan, without the grid, and grill at medium heat for 5 minutes each side, or less if preferred rare.
Halve, toast and butter the bap rolls; top each with a beefburger and top these with a wafer slice of onion, slice of tomato and a sprinkle of crumbs.
Dot the top of each with butter and slip under the hot grill for about 3 minutes.
