Skillet burgers

These skillet burgers are ground beef burgers prepared with celery and onions. Cooked in tomato soup, the skillet burgers are delicious and moist and can be served as desired.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Barbecue sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown meat in small amount of hot fat.
Add onion and celery; cook until golden.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Simmer 30 minutes.
