Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Caraway seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Dry curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening to resemble coarse meal.
Add milk to form soft dough.
Knead dough 6 times.
Roll on floured surface to 1/4 inch thick.
Brush half the biscuits with egg yolks; sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Bake biscuits at 450 °F 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Make Cottage-Cheese Filling by combining cottage cheese, parsley flakes, salt, and pimiento.
