|Steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, finely minced|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato paste||5 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mozzarella cheese slices||6|
|Hamburger rolls||6 , split, toasted and spread with mayonnaise|
Combine minced steak, Parmesan cheese, onion, olives, seasonings and tomato paste in a mixing bowl, mix together thoroughly.
Shape into 8 hamburgers and barbecue over hot coals for approximately 10 minutes, turn.
Top each hamburger with a slice of mozzarella cheese and tomato.
Barbecue for a further 5 minutes or until hamburgers are cooked.
