Love burgers? You don't have to give up on Burger when it is made with all goodness.
Quinoa | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

Asian sweet potato/Sweet potato | 2 | |
Steamed broccoli | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Almond meal | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) ((almond + flex seed meal)) | |

Sriracha | 1 Teaspoon | |
Oil | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
In a saucepan, add in the water and quinoa; bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes covered.
Pressure-cook the sweet potatoes and grate when its cool.
In a blender, add in the broccoli and pulse.
In a large bowl, mix together sweet potatoes, broccoli, turmeric powder, salt, almond meal and flax seed powder.
Add in the quinoa and mix thoroughly.
Using and ice cream scoop divide the mixture into equal portions.
Heat oil in a non stick pan and grease palms with some oil if needed. Make patties with the mixture and place over the pan. Cook until golden brown from both sides.
SERVING
Serve with your choice of buns.
