Learn how to make your own Mc Donald's Big Mac. When made at home this tastes even better than the hamburger you buy at McDonald's. I'll show you how to make that middle bun and more.

Ingredients

Ground chuck 1 1/2 Pound
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Special sauce 5 Tablespoon , divided
American cheese slices 5
Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
Dill pickle slices 15
Hamburger buns 5

Directions

MAKING

In a bowl, combine together ground chuck and salt and pepper.

Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and make patties. Set a griddle to 350 degrees.

Place meat on the griddle and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until juices from the meat run clear.

Spread softened butter on cut sides of bun and place on griddle until the bread begins to brown. Flip the middle bun and allow to toast on the both sides.

FINALIZING

On kitchen top place the bottom bun, Big Mac sauce, onions, lettuce, cheese, hamburger patty, and the middle bun. Spread the Big Mac sauce, onion, lettuce, hamburger patty, two or three pickle slices, and finally the top bun.

SERVING

Serve with some fruit juice or aerated drink.
