Burger Noir

Simple burger with some film fun and bacon.

Ingredients

For patties
Ground meat 1 Pound
Blue cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Goat cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Egg 1
Salt and pepper To Taste
For other ingredients
Bacon 6 Ounce
Provolone cheese slices 2
Buns 2
Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Heat up the grill for indirect cooking.

MAKING

2. Mix ground meat with blue cheese, goat cheese and chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Make patties out of it.

3. Place the patties on direct heat over the grill. Also put the bacons for cooking. Cook for a couple of minutes.

4. Flip and sear the patties on both side. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Arrange the bacon on top of the patties. Layer with provolone cheese slice. Move the patties to indiect heat and let it cook until the cheese melts.

7. Layer the buns with mayonaise and place the patties in between the buns.

SERVING

8. Place the burgers on a serving dish. Slice and enjoy!
