Nifty Hamburgers On A Bun
|Hamburger buns/6 slices||8 Small, split|
|Prepared mustard/Catsup||1 Tablespoon|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound (Chuck)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
Heat oven to 500Â°.
Spread cut sides of hamburger buns or one side of each bread slice with mustard.
Mix meat, onion, salt and pepper.
Spread mixture over mustard, being careful to bring it to edges of buns.
Place meat sides up on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until of desired doneness, about 5 minutes.
