Hot Corned Beef Buns
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce, crumbled|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Horseradish mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Hamburger buns||8 , split & buttered|
|Dill pickle slices||16|
Preheat oven to 375Â°.
Combine cabbage, corned beef, mayonnaise, minced onion, and horseradish mustard.
Spread about 1/3 cup filling on bottom half of each hamburger bun; top each with two pickle slices and the other half of bun.
Wrap individually in foil.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375Â° till hot, about 20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
