Cheese N Tuna Buns
|Tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and flaked|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , finely chopped|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped stuffed green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hamburger buns||8 , split|
Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, olives and relish in medium bowl.
Spoon mixture into buns.
Wrap each bun in paper napkin.
Place 2 at a time in oven.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on '8', or until cheese has softened into mixture.
Note: Tuna mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Allow extra time for cooking from refrigerated temperature.
For ovens without solid state heat control, use HIGH and watch carefully.
