Thirty Minute Hamburger Buns

  Honey water 30 , beaten (3 1 whole wheat flour 10 13 cups 313 cups buns 10 buns 3 12 cups 1 cup 3 tablespoons oil 1 cup 13 cup sugar or 34 cup 14 cup 12 cup 2 tablespoons)

Combine warm water, oil, sugar, and yeast. Mix, then let rest 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Roll dough to about 3/4-inch thickness. Cut into rounds about 4 inches in diameter. (A clean, empty can may be used.) Place buns on cookie sheet. Brush tops with melted butter or margarine. Let rise at room temperature, out of a draft, for about 10 minutes. Bake for ten minutes, or until lightly browned and done. Buns freeze well for later use. One-half the amount of yeast may he used if you double the time for rising.

What temperature? Recipe is confusing the way you have it listed but I eventually figured it out. Also is it suppose to be sugar OR honey or both? Wanted to try this today but alsa incomplete recipe info has made it impossible to do.
