Ingredients
  White fat 4 Ounce (115 Grams)
  Barbados sugar 3 Ounce (85 Grams)
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Soda bicarbonate 3⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Less Than 1 Level Teaspoon)
  Soya flour 2 Teaspoon
  Wholemeal flour 7 Ounce (200 Grams)
  Carob flour 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
Directions

MAKING
1) Beat together fat and sugar thoroughly.
2) Mix together all the dry ingredients.
3) And slowly add them to the fat mixture. Add water if needed. Make smooth batter.
4) Pour the batter into 24 portions and bake for 18 minutes at 375 degrees.

SERVING
5) Serve chocolate buns as breakfast or after school snacks.
