Cinnamon Pineapple Buns
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
1 Drain the pineapple well.
2 In a bowl, combine the pineapple, 1/2 cup melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans and mix thoroughly.
3 Into 12 muffin cups, spoon the mixture.
4 In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over cinnamon-pineapple mixture.
5 Bake in 425°Fahrenheit oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
6 On rack or a tray, turn the baking dish upside down, to remove the buns.
7 Serve warm.
