2) Grease 12 muffin cups with shortening.
3) In small bowl, add all topping ingredients. Mix together.
4) Spoon little topping into each muffin cup.
5) In a plastic bag, add sugar and cinnamon.
6) Divide the dough to make into 10 biscuits.
7) Cut the biscuit into 6 pieces.
8) Dredge pieces in sugar mixture.
9) Arrange 5 pieces of dough in each muffin cup.
10) Put pan on foil or cookie sheet to avoid spills.
11) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
12) Cool for 1 minute.
13) Upturn onto waxed paper.
