Turkey Barbecue On Buns
|Turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (Swift's Premium Butterball, Roast)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a pan, fry the celery, onion and green pepper in butter until lightly brown.
2) Add the other ingredients except buns and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
3) Place the mixture in a container and freeze.
4) Place as sandwich spread on top of bread slices.
5) Serve chill.
