Don't have eggs in your pantry and you wann make buns? Welcome to BakingMama collection of eggless recipes. This recipe of buns will guide you to prepare even more flavorful buns without eggs for you and your loved ones.
Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cake yeast 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix these together.
Cream 1 cake yeast with 1 tspn, sugar.
Melt 2 tblspns, butter and add 1 cup milk.
When lukewarm, add to yeast and stir into dry ingredients.
Add a little more tepid milk if necessary.
Just mix with a spoon.
The dough must not be too stiff.
Don't knead.
Cover and leave in a warm place to rise.
Then knead in V* cup sultanas.
Shape into balls and place on a greased slide.
Leave to rise again and bake at 450° F for 10-15 minutes.
Simply toast them, if they go a trifle stale.
