Quick Breakfast Buns
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Topping)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Topping)|
|Flaked nuts/Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Topping)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (Topping)|
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a bowl.
Rub in butter finely.
Add milk gradu- ally, stirring till mixture clings together in a ball.
Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead gently 6 or 7 times.
Divide dough into 12 balls.
Roll each in melted butter and then in a mixture of the nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Arrange balls in a greased 9" pie-plate so that they are almost touching.
Bake at 425°F for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve at once
