Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Milk/Milk and water mixed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar frosted cornflakes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Topping)
  Butter 1 Ounce (Topping)
  Quartered glace cherries 10 (Topping)
Directions

Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
Rub in butter finely.
Add milk to make soft dough.
Pat out onto a floured board to 1/4" thickness and cut into 10 x 3" rounds.
Put into a greased 10" layer cake pan.
Crush the flakes slightly, combine with honey and melt- ed butter and mix well and pour over the scones.
Arrange cherry quarters on each and bake in a hot oven for 15 — 20 minutes.
These should be served immediately.
