Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz) (Undiluted)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  English muffins 1
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic; add rest of ingredients, except mozzarella cheese.
Spread mixture on split English muffins and sprinkle grated mozzarella overtop.
Broil until brown.
