Health Buns

Ingredients
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), lukewarm
  Molasses/Corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Flour 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Graham flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
Directions

Place the yeast in a bowl.
Mix the butter and skim milk.
Pour over yeast and stir until dissolved.
Add the molasses, salt, whole wheat flour, 2 3/4 cups flour and graham flour and mix well.
Add enough remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, then shape into oblong buns.
Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
