Grilled Turkey On Sesame Buns

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless turkey breast slices 1⁄3 Pound (2 slices, about 1/4 inch thick)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame sandwich buns/Hamburger buns 2 , split
  Butter lettuce leaves 2 Large, rinsed and crisped
  Pear shaped tomato 1 Small, sliced
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (reduced-calorie or regular)
  Minced marjoram/1 teaspoon dry marjoram 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse turkey and pat dry.
Stir together oil and lemon juice; brush mixture evenly over both sides of turkey slices, then over cut surfaces of buns.
Place turkey on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium-hot coals.
Cook, turning once, until meat is no longer pink in center; cut to test (about 3 minutes).
Also set buns, cut sides down, on a cooler area of grill; cook until lightly toasted (about 2 minutes).
Place a lettuce leaf, a turkey slice, and half the tomato slices on bottom half of each bun.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir together mayonnaise, marjoram, and lemon peel and spoon half the mixture onto each sandwich; then cover with top halves of buns.
