Place the grated carrots in a large bowl.
Then in the order that you read the ingredients, add them one by one and mix together gently.
Divide the mixture equally between 16 paper cases and bake in the centre of a pre heated oven.
After about half an hour, check to see that the are well risen and firm to the touch.
Remove and cool on a wire tray.
