Honey Pecan Buns

  Sifted flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Light brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pecans 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together into a large mixing bowl.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Add the milk and egg and stir until mixed.
Turn out onto a well-floured surface and knead for 1 minute.
Roll into a 10 x 15-inch rectangle.
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, orange rind, melted butter and honey in a small bowl and spread half the mixture over dough.
Sprinkle with 1/3 cup pecans.
Roll as for jelly roll.
Cut in 1-inch slices and place, cut side down, in lightly greased muffin cups.
Top with remaining honey mixture and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
Bake for 20 minutes.
