Beef And Vegetable Filled Buns For Twenty Five
|Cabbage||1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground|
|Potatoes||1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground|
|Ground tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Carrots||1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground|
|Onions||1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Prepared mustard||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Heated hamburger buns||4|
Season the ground vegetables with salt, then season the beef and fold into the ground vegetable mixture.
Place in a greased, shallow pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine the mustard, chopped tomatoes and chopped onion and heat through.
Split the buns and cover the bottom halves with beef mixture, then spread the mustard mixture on top halves.
Place halves together and serve immediately.
