Beef And Vegetable Filled Buns For Twenty Five

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground
  Potatoes 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground
  Ground tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Carrots 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground
  Onions 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground
  Salt To Taste
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Prepared mustard 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Heated hamburger buns 4
Directions

Season the ground vegetables with salt, then season the beef and fold into the ground vegetable mixture.
Place in a greased, shallow pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine the mustard, chopped tomatoes and chopped onion and heat through.
Split the buns and cover the bottom halves with beef mixture, then spread the mustard mixture on top halves.
Place halves together and serve immediately.
