Chili Cheese Buns
|Dried beef||1⁄4 Pound, chopped|
|Chili sauce||6 Tablespoon|
|Sandwich buns||6 , split|
|American cheese slice||6|
Cover beef with 1/2 cup hot water for 2 minutes; drain well.
Combine beef with chili sauce; mix well.
Spread beef mixture over half of each bun; broil 2 to 3 inches from source of heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Top beef mixture with cheese slices; return to broiler with remaining bun halves.
Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
