Caramel Sticky Buns
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (packed)|
|Buttermilk baking mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400°.
In each of 12 medium muffin cups (2 3/4 inches in diameter), place 2 teaspoons each butter and brown sugar.
Place in oven to melt.
Mix remaining ingredients except pecan halves; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
Remove muffin cups from oven; place 3 pecan halves on butter-sugar mixture in each muffin cup.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (cups should be about 1/2 full).
Bake about 15 minutes.
Immediately invert pan and gently remove buns to prevent sticking.
