1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion or 1/2 tablespoon instant minced onion
14 teaspoon salt
2/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
4 hamburger buns
1 package (5/8 oz.) bro
In mixing bowl, melt butter (20 sec).
Add turkey, celery, onion, salt and sage.
Leaving buns un-split, hollow out top of buns, leaving 1/2 inch thick ring around edge.
Crumble this extra bread into turkey mixture; mix well.
Fill buns with turkey mixture.
