This recipe is a trick on the taste buds! It tastes great but somehow is good for you! This is a buffalo chicken wing breaded variation which is healthy. It has lean sources of protein from the chicken, slow releasing carbohydrates from the whole wheat bread crumbs and good fats from the olive oil and oomph from the gorgonzola cheese. The taste? You can hardly tell it’s healthy!
