Ingredients
  Ground buffalo meat 1 3⁄4 Kilogram
  Onion 1 , minced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Celery stalks 3 , minced
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Cooked oatmeal 250 Milliliter
  Cracker crumbs 125 Milliliter
  Catsup 125 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, and shape into a loaf.
Bake on a shallow baking sheet in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Serve.
