Buffalo Turkey Kabobs
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), divided (Real, Light Or Cholesterol Free)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless turkey breast||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Yellow bell peppers/1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper||2 , cut into 1-inch squares|
|Onions||2 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Crumbed blue cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Stalk celery||1 Medium, minced|
|Carrot||1 Medium, minced|
In medium bowl, combine 1/3 cup of the mayonnaise and the hot pepper sauce.
Stir in turkey.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Drain turkey; discard marinade.
On 6 skewers, thread turkey, peppers and onions.
Grill or broil, 5 inches from heat, brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture and turning frequently, 12 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl blend remaining 1/3 cup mayonnaise with blue cheese and milk.
Stir in celery and carrot.
